  • OREA Approved Course provider teaching appraisers since 2002.   Teaching licensing courses,  upgrade courses and renewal courses.
  • Professional memberships in the  National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, Appraisal Section of the National Association of Realtors. Member of Employee Relocation Council.  
  • Approved by FHA since 1986. Provides FHA appraisals. National instructor for NAIFA and teaches course on FHA appraising.
  • Certified Residential appraiser with over 10,000 appraisals completed. Mortgage loans, litigation, estates, valuation for trusts, and more.  Foreclosure, short sale and distress property appraisals done since 1985.
  • Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser  license number AR001585  since 1991 when licensing started in California.

    Doing appraisals since 1982.  Since 1989 has taught Residential Appraisal and Advanced Appraisal courses at local community colleges at Sierra College and Consumnes River Colleges. Credentialed by the California Community College with a Limited Service Credential Valid for Life in Real Estate subjects. Additionally teaches courses for appraiser licensing as a California Approved Course Provider.  one of the select appraisers who is authorized to teach National Certification courses Uniform Standards of Professional Practice for both appraiser licensing 15 hour course and the appraiser renewal course for 7 hours.  Courses also taught in Residential Report Writing; Property Inspections as an Appraiser;  Supporting Adjustments in the Sales Comparison Approach to Value and general appraisal courses. Other courses also taught for licensing education and license renewal education.
