CRP designation from Employee Relocation Council issued in 1991. Appraised for relocation assignments since 1985. Has completed the ERC Relocation Course on appraising relocation properties. Appraiser is listed in the ERC directory. Provides appraisals for government transferees. Designated appraiser with IFA designation through the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.

Barry R. Cleverdon is a qualified AQB Certified USPAP instructor. Teaches OREA approved appraisal courses. These courses are designed for licensing hours for Basic Education and Continuing Education. Can be used for preparing for appraiser license test and for development of the skills of the appraiser. Particularly important for the developing appraiser to expand their skills and knowledge.
